Making Dreams Come True
While earning her degree, Gayla started out planning live events like album release shows and artist showcases. This led to a career in the hospitality industry as an Event Technology account manager. Working with corporate clients to execute conferences and social events, Gayla found that she had a knack for customer service and helping clients engage with attendees through audiovisual production. An eye for detail and passion for cultivating memorable events led her to start Gray Meetings and Events with her longtime partner and friend Ravin Nettles. When Gayla isn't planning, she loves sharing a meal with her fiancé and baby boy, crafting, or discovering a new restaurant, bar, or music festival in her hometown, New Orleans.
